However, there is plenty of trail that is flat and is suitable for leisurely walks around the marshy pond located in the center of the park. Lake Shawnee Trail in Topeka, KS: Lake Shawnee Trail is a 6.8 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Topeka, Kansas, that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels.
