We offer a full continuum of care on campus so that our residents may receive the quality healthcare they need from the people they know and trust – all conveniently administered at home.

The following services are available at McCrite Plaza for our residents:

Medication set-up and/or reminders
Communication/coordination of physician care
Morning/evening personal care services
Blood pressure checks
Meal and activity escort (once daily)
Review and evaluation of symptoms, referral if needed
Dressing change
Injections (when ordered by a physician)
