Personalized Care
Each memory care resident receives the most appropriate level of care and support so that they may remain independent. We begin with an individual assessment, identifying needs as well as abilities, and develop a care plan that emphasizes both. We not only provide the support where and when it is needed, we build confidence and self-esteem through promoting each individuals’ retained capabilities. We regularly re-assess memory care residents to ensure the proper type, amount of care, and support is being delivered.
